Sheikh Wasim Kempson (also known as Imam Wasim Kempson) is a Biritish Islamic scholar and is known for being one of the well-known scholars of Islamic Daawah in Britain.
He was born in London, his mother is Irish whereas his father is English. His family is a purely conservative and catholic one.

He studied in one of the oldest Christian schools in Britain called the “The holy Christ”. At a young age, the scholar showed a deep interest in the philosophy of divine religions that led him to convert to Islam at the age of 18.[1] He accepted Islam in 1994 then three years later he went on to study at Madinah University.
He went on to study at the Islamic University of Madinah for seven years, during which he completed a Diploma in Arabic Language followed by a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Shariah and Master of Arts in Islamic Law.[2]
He first studied at the Salesian College but soon went to the Islamic University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia seeking further knowledge
